Our sourdough focaccia is slow-fermented over three days for exceptional flavour, a light open crumb, and that signature olive-oil richness. Made with simple, natural ingredients, it’s fresh, golden, and irresistibly moreish.
Choose from a single slab (approx. 8cm × 13cm) — perfect for dipping or building an indulgent sandwich — or NEW: a whole tray (approx. 31cm × 21cm), ideal for tear-and-share feasts, party tables, or serving alongside a meal.
Enjoy just as it is, dipped into olive oil and balsamic, or piled high for a seriously decadent sandwich.
Available in naturally vegan flavours including rosemary & sea salt and red onion & olive. The addition of cheese with Marmite & jalapeños is a perfect pairing, but this option is not suitable for vegan diets

STORAGE
Store in an airtight container at room temperature. Best enjoyed within 1–2 days for optimal freshness.
Dough-based products made without preservatives may dry out more quickly and are best eaten on the day of purchase. Gentle warming is recommended to refresh before serving
