• We are not responsible for courier delays once your order has been collected

• Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses are non-refundable

• Please double-check the shipping address, especially the postcode, when ordering as a gift

• Our boxes are designed to fit most letterboxes; however, we cannot be responsible if a courier chooses not to post it through

• Slight movement or imperfections may occur during transit

If your order arrives severely damaged, please contact cake@victoriayum.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs. Refunds cannot be guaranteed.
