Each slice is dense, fudgy, and perfectly balanced between sweet and savoury. Lovingly hand-baked in small batches, then carefully wrapped and packed to travel beautifully through the post.

- Courier Delay or Damage - We are not responsible for delays once the courier has collected the package. Please note that we cannot accept any liability for the treatment of your order or mishandling once a delivery has been handed over to the delivery company. Due to local delays in service, your delivery may take longer than usual, if you have not received your order after 5 days, please email cake@victoriayum.com and we will investigate.
- Delivery Address - If you are sending as a gift, please ensure you have entered the correct 'Shipping Address', ensure the details are correct, particularly the postcode
- Failed Deliveries - Delays, failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, or package returns are non-refundable
- Letterbox Policy: Our Brownie boxes are too large to go through a standard letterbox, someone will need to be at home to take delivery; we are unable to take responsibility for failed deliveries.
Please note slight imperfections may occur during transit. If your order is severely damaged please contact us (cake@victoriayum.com) within 24 hours of delivery. Detailed pictures of the damaged product/s will be required, and Refunds cannot be guaranteed.
