Chocolate Guinness Cake

One of our original and still most popular bakes. 

CHOCOLATE & GUINNESS
Dark, fudgy and incredibly decadent, this single layer cake is buttery moist with earthy chocolate tones. Topped with whipped vanilla frosting and optional swirls of tart Blackcurrant compote. 

Ingredients: Butter (MILK), Guinness (BARLEY - GLUTEN), Soft Brown Sugar, Eggs (EGG), Plain Flour (WHEAT - GLUTEN), Cocoa, Vanilla Extract, Buttermilk (MILK), Bicarbonate Soda, Baking Powder, Cream Cheese (MILK), Blackcurrant Compote Sugar, blackcurrants, cane sugar, concentrated lemon juice, gelling agent (fruit pectin), Icing Sugar
