It’s been a slightly surreal couple of weeks here at the bakery. What started as an unexpected social media lockout has turned into something I never quite imagined — being featured across local news and even speaking live on BBC Essex. While the situation itself hasn’t been easy, I’m incredibly grateful to the local press for taking the time to listen, share, and highlight the realities of running a small business in a very digital world. Unfortunately, our accounts have been temporarily suspended due to what appears to be an error within Meta’s system.
